Great Penthouse Duplex in an extensively renovated 1840 historical house by a designer and an architect.
2 parking. Free bikes... walk to museum, beach, galleries, restaurants and angel foods…
Private access on Bradford Street.
Enter the 2nd floor with a large private deck with BBQ and stunning water views. A sunny dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, are on this floor, together with a marble bath with heated floor, W/D and 1/2 bath.
All bedrooms have queen size beds.
On the 3rd floor you will find the living room with fireplace, abundance of natural light and great views. You can admire the stars thorough the skylight window of the third bedroom.
All floors have hardwood floors and A/C. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, BT speaker. The outside shower is in the backyard. No pets. No smoking.
If available, this unit can be booked with the Garden Duplex, totaling 6 bedrooms.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, $200 Cleaning Fee, $1,000 refundable security deposit, plus applicable taxes and processing fee.
