The Sterling Shores Homeowners Association has begun an exterior weatherproofing project which started in June 2025 and is expected to be completed by January 2026. During this time, vacation rentals will remain fully operational, though guests may notice light activity around the property.

Work has begun on balconies and walkways, which may result in occasional noise and temporary closures of certain areas, including balconies of individual units.

These improvements will not affect the interior of the condo, the pools, or the beach.
