THE SPACE
Our beautiful Bungalow 3 is designed to give you tranquility while keeping you close to the best of Venice. This corner bungalow is the perfect place to relax after exploring the neighborhood or working from home, with warm afternoon light filling the rooms. The one bedroom, one bathroom home offers privacy and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, furnished with a BBQ, seating area, and complimentary bikes for your adventures. A mini split AC in the bedroom keeps you comfortable year-round, and a private infrared sauna adds a layer of wellness and relaxation to your stay. Pets are welcome.
This Craftsman bungalow blends the charm of old-world Venice with modern amenities. To ensure full privacy, the fence surrounding the property has been raised to seven to eight feet, and the wooden slats at the top have been removed so the home is completely private. Inside, the bedroom features a king-sized bed, Casper mattress, and quince linen duvet. The property owner planted nine varieties of citrus along 4th Avenue for you and the community to enjoy during your stay.
Other highlights include a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, streaming TV, high-speed wifi, and a wall heater. The bungalow measures 636 square feet and offers just the right amount of space for a couple, solo traveler, or anyone seeking a peaceful base in Venice.
Guests have a private entrance to their bungalow, with vine-laced fencing and a separate yard. Each of the three bungalows on the property has its own outdoor seating area, sun loungers, and BBQ. We encourage guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces until midnight, after which we ask that outside noise be kept to a minimum out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests. A small latched gate between the bungalows allows the gardener to maintain the property.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO
When visiting Venice Beach, you are entering one of the most walkable and bike-friendly neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Abbot Kinney, Rose Avenue, Main Street, and the boardwalk are all within easy reach and filled with incredible restaurants, boutique shops, and vibrant street life. The restaurant scene has gone through a revival, and the shopping has remained top notch.
We recommend walking Abbot Kinney on the weekends to experience the vibrancy of the community. If you’re up for a longer bike ride, the coastal path can take you north to Malibu or south through Marina del Rey all the way to Redondo. Venice is also known for its historic walk streets and canals, both of which are worth exploring for their unique architecture and history.
This bungalow is two blocks from Abbot Kinney, four blocks from Rose Avenue, and five blocks from the beach. In our opinion, this is the ideal location: close enough to enjoy everything Venice has to offer but far enough from the busiest areas near the boardwalk to feel peaceful. A wide selection of restaurants and cafes are within a short walk, and we are always happy to share recommendations.
Street parking is usually available, though there is street cleaning on one side of the street between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Cars must be moved during this time to avoid a ticket. If you prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement, and check-in instructions will be provided once the agreement is complete. For guests staying over 30 nights, California law requires signing a CAR form through our Broker of Record. Reservations are considered finalized once this document is signed.
All stays over 30 days also include a required mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team, which provides a full refresh of the home and linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage, and they are the backbone of our business, ensuring each stay is as comfortable and clean as possible.
For stays under 30 days, the pet fee is $150 per pet. For stays over 30 days, the pet fee is $300 per pet. Pets must be approved in writing before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in a charge of up to $1,000 and/or eviction.
This is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
