This home exceeded our expectations! It was like staying at a family cottage; comfortable, welcoming, and very nicely appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the shady porch every morning looking out at the lake and it was fun to take the kayaks out. The hosts thought of all potential needs and responded quickly when I asked questions. I hope this home is available the next time we travel to Michigan... I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home was exactly as pictured in the listing. The interior decorating was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook all of our meals each day. The porch faced the lake and my family enjoyed it all day long from starting our mornings with a cup of coffee to watching the sunset in the evening. We even enjoyed watching a rain storm from the comfy chairs on the porch. My kids loved swimming and kayaking in the lake. I would highly recommend this rental property to family and friends and would come back and stay here again! The host was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend!
