Luxurious Condo In Laguna Woods

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was constructed in 2016, and everything (including furniture, mattresses, linens) was purchased in the Spring of 2017. The condo is ideally situated in Laguna Woods, a vibrant 55+ community (see community details below), just minutes from Laguna Beach. At least one resident must be 55 years old or older. Laguna Woods association rules require that rentals must be for a minimum of 60 days. Rentals must begin on the first of the month.

One of the first details you'll notice in this beautiful condo is the wood plank flooring and tasteful beach decor. There are large, new windows throughout, providing a light and airy atmosphere. There are no steps inside or around the condo. The condo is extremely clean and well suited for allergy sufferers (all leather furniture, wood floors, and washable linens).

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, and bar seating for four. The dining room seats six and has a small bar area with built-in cabinets. The living room furniture is top grain leather, and all three pieces (recliner, sofa, and loveseat) recline. A large screen television with cable is attached to the living room wall with an adjustable arm, allowing you to view it from many angles.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with storage drawers, two nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror. The closet has shelves to help organize your clothing. The master bath has beautiful tile work and a large walk-in rain shower with a built-in bench.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a closet with drawers and organizers. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with a small bench. This bathroom has a skylight.

A very unique feature of this condo is the full laundry room (most comparable units that have laundry provide machines that are secured in a closet). In this unit, you will have a laundry room, with hooks to hang clothes to dry, a utility sink, and cabinets to store cleaning and other supplies. The washer and dryer are front-loading and high quality (new in 2017).

This condo comes with a reserved. covered carport, with ample room for a large vehicle. The carport is only 40 steps from the front door! There are three unreserved, off road parking spots directly in front of the condo entryway. There is additional parking on the surrounding streets for guests.

The condo has a heat pump forced air system and central air conditioning. The unit also has high speed internet and a wireless internet system. Cable, electricity, internet, and landscaping are included in the rental fee.

Guests under the age of 55 may stay at the property with advance permission as long as the registered guest aged 55 or older is present. We are able to provide some supplies for families on request (toys, beach toys, cribs, strollers, etc.). Please ask if you have questions about resident and guest eligibility rules.
