Summary:
Adorable and accommodating downtown Clayton home, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, brewery and shopping! Fenced in yard and pet friendly.

The Space:
Beautifully updated and comfortable home in the heart of downtown Clayton. This home had three bedroom and one bathroom, private fenced in yard, large back deck with tons of seating and outdoor fireplace, in house laundry, and tons more to make sure that each guest is relaxed and enjoying their stay! We do allow pets with a two dog max and a pet fee of $100.

Guest Access:
Guest's have access to entire home with the exception of one owner's closet.

In the heart of Downtown Clayton!

Walkable to downtown Clayton shops, restaurants, brewery, spas and more!

We needed a place to stay during our renovations, so we were local. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part. The fenced in yard was really nice for our pup. Molly was really helpful when issues came up, and when you stay in a house for two months, something always comes up. :) We did really appreciate during some super cold weather she sent someone out to check the furnace and make sure it was giving us heat. She also sent someone out to put deicer out during repeated bad weather events.
