Spacious mini suite located in the central hub of Palm Bay. Private back entrance/bathroom/kitchenette/closet. Location is a 7-min walk to AGUILA (small food market), 15 min drive or less to local eats/restaurants nd shopping mall. As well as a 20 min drive to Melbourne Beach, and 45 min to Cocoa Beach. 1-hour drive to Orlando Convention Ctr, Disney World, nd Orlando Intl Airport. Whether relaxing or exploring Palm Bay and beyond, this room and location offers comfort and convenience! Welcome!

The space
Queen size bed, private entrance, private full bathroom, private kitchenette, closet, tv, dresser. The outdoor dining area, laundry room, and backyard space are shared with other guest.

Separate and private back entrance. Guest has access to backyard, a shared outdoor dining area, and a shared laundry room.


Other things to note
This home consists of two separate units with central HVAC. This unit does not have direct thermostat control; however, if you contact the host or co-host, we can arrange for someone to adjust the temperature as needed. Additionally, this unit currently does not have an operable window, but we are working on installing one soon. We are also actively working on implementing a thermostat control system for this side of the unit in the future.

The host was welcoming. Another chair in the mini - suite would have been great, even a small table. We could only play cribbage in the screen porch. The bathroom door door does not close easily. We wish we would have chosen a larger space, but that isn't your fault. Your spot was fantastic! Clean and comfortable. Thank you!

This place truly surprised me in the best possible way. .Everything speaks to quality. The cotton sheets and towels are the kind you’d expect at a six-star hotel. The bed? Honestly one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. The furnishings and bed frame are very solid - looks high-end and thoughtfully chosen, and despite being a smaller room, the storage is so cleverly utilized that it never once felt cramped — just cozy and calm.What made it truly special was that it didn’t feel like a rental or hotel room Like staying in a beautifully cared-for guest room in the home of someone who genuinely wants you to feel welcome. The host was prompt, attentive, and responsive to every little request — the kind of communication that puts you at ease from the start.

Room For Self-Reflection

The outside view of the property may not be very appealing to the eye, but this room was absolutely wonderful. It was very cozy with a large bed, plenty of pillows, and mostly comfortable (I prefer a softer mattress due to a bad back, but it served its purpose). I absolutely loved the shower head! I am not looking for one myself that is similar to it for my house. The best part of this stay was the host. She was so open to communicating and supportive, especially when I needed to depart well early from my original scheduled reservation. She worked with me and Vrbo to provide a partial refund for the 14 days that I would not have the room. The location is pretty good. It is close enough to shopping and restaurants that you don't have to stress about finding places, and far enough away to provide some peace and quiet from the busyness of a decent size city. It is definitely a good spot if you need to do some self-reflection, or just time to yourself.
