Propane BBQ grill, WiFi, heating, and AC. With 2 bathrooms for added convenience, guests can relax and unwind in this quaint retreat. Located close to Exit 45 off I-24. Very quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, boat ramps for access to both Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. Minutes from golf course and antique stores. Covered boat parking for the serious fisherman. 45 minutes to Paducah KY and 90 minutes to Nashville TN. Less than an hour from bourbon tasting, local wineries and quaint historic local towns. Lots to do and see, or perfect for doing as little as possible and just relax and unwind. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our mobile home.

Leave the door key on the kitchen counter and lock the doors on your way out. We reserve the right to charge your credit card $175.00 for a lost or misplaced key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean up after yourself. We reserve the right to charge your credit card $200.00 for additional cleaning. We will wash all bedding and towels
Please read the complete list of house rules located in the white binder on the kitchen counter and near the front door.
Please turn off lights and fans when not home. Raise thermostat in summer to 78 and lower heat to 67 when going out.
