This is a great place to stay. As many others have said, it’s exactly as described, clean and a super comfy mattress in the bedroom. The owner was attentive, positive and very helpful. The kitchen has everything needed, everything was clean and ready to go. Nice beach decor, and a fantastic view of the ocean from the patio. We loved the location - literally less than 4 minutes to the beach (2 sets of stairs and a walkway) - and it’s a lovely beach that wasn’t busy at all (off season). Fossilized shark teeth can be found fairly easily, and the people on the beach were all very friendly and clearly happy to be there, as were we. It’s also very quiet and peaceful (again, off season), which helped us relax and enjoy the vibe. It’s a simple, clean condo that’s well situated and well maintained. Oh, and we found Coffee Joy down the road (1/2 a mile north), which makes the best coffee in Eastern NC (in our opinion).Thanks to the owner for providing a great stay!

When we first arrived we were a little worried because you could tell the condo was dated. Inside did need a little TLC, but nothing after a day you even noticed anymore. Bathroom was fine, bed was the best vacation bed me and the wife have ever slept on. It mirrored our $$$$ mattress at home. All facilities in the condo were great and updated even if the physical condo wasn't. We did get a workout being on the 3rd floor, but that's nothing something you can penalize for since we knew it beforehand.. still was a good workout tho on check in day. The area is AMAZING. Paragon gave a few helpful suggestions along the way thru email. Me and the wife will definitely return here.... Just maybe on a lower floor, especially if wr bring a grandbaby or 3. 5* all the way. Great vacation and easy-to-use rental company

Aside from having three private beach accesses (building 3 also has ramp access to the beach), this property has a seasonal pool, playscape with a variety of outdoor activities for kids, and a covered picnic area with charcoal grills.
