Overall property (condo and public spaces) was clean and well cared for. Guests were all pleasant and helpful. Unit was nicely appointed. Would recommend bringing your own towels and food storage containers but everything else was great.

What a wonderful vacation!

We just returned from a week at this unit in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was clean and orderly. Check in was easy, management was easy to get in touch with, as was the owner. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels and cloths as there were no extras, but not a big deal. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay and my only negative was there was no communication left in the units for us on what to do upon checkout. My daughter was charged $ 125.00 US for a parking pass. We were never informed that this was to be returned or there would be a fee. She had to mail it back to them to get her money back. Better communication on what needs to be turned in at checkout would be helpful.

This unit is great for 4 people, not livable for 6.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Cost Condos is wonderful. This unit wasn't all bad but very disappointing for 6 people. They really should list this as sleeping 4 and not 6. I wish I could upload pictures to this review but the "pull out couch" was not sleep-able. It was not even a mattress. It was a 2 inch piece of foam that you would put on top of a mattress. In addition, it was absolutely disgusting. There were holes all over it, it was stained everywhere, it was yellow and brown, and there were dead bugs and crumbs on it when we opened the couch. I had two guests visit from New York and they had no where to sleep. Also, the master bedroom mattress was pretty old and sagging. The kitchen and bathrooms were really nice. It was also awesome to be on the first floor. I would only considering renting this place again if they got a new pull out couch and a new mattress for the master bedroom. Until then, this unit should be listed as "sleeps 4".

Oceanfront Retreat was everything and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaCoast Condominiums did not disappoint. We have been here for an extended stay for 4 months. The property is spectacular and our Unit is the perfect spot in this project. We can have coffee on our front porch and watch the morning tide. We can see the Sunrise from our front door but many times, we walk about 50 feet to the gate and watch the sunrise with nothing in sight but the ocean. We love first floor access to the pool and we enjoy lazy weekend days on the deck soaking in the sun. Every morning, usually before sunrise, the maintenance crew is making sure the pool deck and other amenities are pristine for the new day. Our Unit is well-appointed with everything one would need (Kitchen, Bath, Bedding, Towels, everything)! Management is attentive to every detail and extremely responsive when we've had questions. Full-time residents here are so friendly and welcoming. We have made lifelong friends here! Across the street from this property is also everything you could imagine: marketplace grocery, Italian Restaurant, a quaint bistro, nail spa, liquor store, and more. I would recommend this property to anyone for any occasion, whether a weekend getaway or an extended stay.
