The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the Club Carrds/fobs on the table to the right of the fireplace. $50 charge for replacement of cards.
Please insure both garage doors are close upon departure.
Please double check pillows or linens were not accidentally thrown on baseboard heaters due to fire hazard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
