Lovely, beachfront corner condo offers spectacular ocean views and amazing sunsets from its spacious balcony. Our condo offers three bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third bedroom/den has two twin beds. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the second bath has a bathtub/shower combination. The living room and master bedroom can access the large beachfront balcony through sliding glass French doors. Dining room table for meals and family games. Tile floors throughout.
Recently renovated pool area and newly landscaped grounds offering two new gas barbecues, and several new sitting areas.

Island Marine Rentals, is located immediately across Gulf Boulevard, and they will rent you party boats, power boats, scooters, kayaks and bikes. Caddy's, a popular local restaurant, is also conveniently located directly across Gulf Boulevard,

Fabulous vacation

Property has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Location was perfect and the beach is absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful sunset views. Saw several dolphins during our stay. Very fast communication from owners. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Wonderful experience

My family of 6 (4 children and 2 adults) has rented condos every summer for 15 years. The past two years we've stayed at this one, and it is by far our favorite. The property is lovely, and the condo is comfortable and well equipped. The host is a great communicator. We've made many good memories and seen manatees, stingray, and dolphins. If you want a relaxing beach vacation, we recommend this rental.

Wonderful view and great location!

We love this complex and have stayed in various locations over the years. The condo was well done and had all the normal amenities you’d expect from a beachfront condo. Kid friendly and appreciate the family feel.

Beautiful view—great location.

Three bedroom —two bath condo on the beach. Supplied beach chairs and beach towels which was very nice. Balcony and view of the sunset hard to beat.

Fantastic Getaway

Even though we went during one of the coolest weeks Florida has seen in a while, the heated pool and hot tub were wonderful! Anne was fast to respond and very accomodating. Definitely recommend!

Nice property

The rental was as stated on VRBO and a great location for a beach getaway. We really enjoyed our time there. I knocked one star off due to the pool being closed until the last day of our stay and we were not notified. The pool at the building next door was available but was inconvenient. The grill was also not available and the grills at the neighboring property were very busy.Overall, a good place to stay. The updates to the pool deck are very nice and we would consider staying here in the future.

Everything you need!

Of course, the location and proximity to the beach is amazing but the amenities were greatly appreciated! Beach chairs and a large umbrella for the 5 of us and seating on the balcony for everyone! If you want to cook, there are plenty of pots and pans and equipment for a multi course meal or just some mac and cheese! The washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of bath and beach towels were provided along with extra blankets - a thoughtful touch for us cold sleepers. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

My family (children ages 10 and 8) stayed here for a week in April. Location was perfect! Right on the beach, great pool. We walked across the street for dinner twice and were close driving distance to several other restaurants. Balcony overlooking the pool and beach was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We would have liked to had access to more beach/pool items, currently only has 3 small beach chairs. Check in process was very simple and the host was very responsive when I needed access to another parking pass. We would definitely return to Indian Rocks Beach!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Indian Shores and loved this condo! It was very clean and all the bedding, accessories and furniture was new and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the incredible view of the Gulf. The photos were accurate and the property was clean and well maintained with beautiful flowers. We talked with the owner and she was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We enjoyed being right on the beach and also liked being close to Busch Gardens, which we also enjoyed visiting during our stay. Fortunately, we were a little early for the regular season and the beaches were uncrowded and beautiful. We hope to come back here again soon!

Indian Shores

The location was great! We loved that you could walk right across the street to Caddy's for lunch or dinner. We had plenty of restaurant choices and we tried as many as we could! The kitchen was well equipped however the countertops were a little dusty. I wiped them down with sanitizer wipes and all was good to go. I was happy we had a washer and dryer in the unit as some places do not offer that however I do wish they were full size as you could only get about three towels in at a time. We did have an issue with the TVS and internet however we called the owners and they helped us take care of it right away. The views from the living room, master bedroom, and the patio area are stunning!! Sunsets were amazing to see every evening. The pool and hot tub area was nice. We didn't find out there was a ping pong table until later in the trip and that was a lot of fun! It was nice that they provided beach chairs. Overall it was a nice stay!

Beach get away

The location is great for a quite beach get away. The facilities are well taken care of. Loved being able to sit on balcony enjoying the views of ocean and pool. Enjoyed the use of beach chairs and sand toys. The pool was very refreshing. The only draw back we had were a dishwasher but no soap for it. They did have liquid dish soap but no dish scrubers or dish cloths that we could find. And the dryer lint catcher would not stay in. They did leave soap for 3 loads and you need to wash the beach towels before you leave. Not a problem for us but if you needed to wash more the 3 load would be. The problem was the lint catcher. If it wasn't for those three things this place would get a 5 star. Absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back.

A family get away

We met our daughter and her family from Massachusetts here and had a great week. The weather cooperated fully! The condo had a wonderful view from our 5th floor balcony. We saw many sting rays in the ocean-very cool!! Great restaurants nearby. Our favorite was right across the street at Caddy's. The pool was closed a few days for some roof repairs on condo but the use of the adjoining pools had very easy access for us. My only regret was that there was no visible means of recycling in the entire condo building. We felt bad tossing plastic into the garbage but there were no blue bins available except on the beach. Maybe Florida isn't big on recycling? Unsure. Great place. Very clean! Anne was very accessible and answered all questions in a short response time. We hope to be back sometime!! Thank you Anne!

Great location beautiful and quiet

Anne was great at responding. We had a few issues when we checked in with not having enough parking. They are doing construction which took up a lot of parking spaces. We had to borrow one from another tenant, so we were lucky they had one opening left. The power went out because you cannot run the air, dishwasher, and washer, oven and doing showers at the same time. That was fixed quickly. My only complaint was the floors were very dirty and made our feet black. We had no mop to clean the floors. I talked with another tenant, and they complained about the same thing. Maybe something that can be improved. The location was great and not busy. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo was very spacious. Thank you, Anne, for letting us stay at your place. I would book again.

Family beach get away

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We had one family member in a wheelchair and he was able to use the bathroom and get around the condo pretty easily. The supplies provided were more than most condos provide. There is Corningware for cooking, a crockpot and many many dry condiments like sugar, creamer, sat, pepper, Pam. Also, there are tubes, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels for your use. This would be a great condo to roll in from the airport and not worry about not having amenities needed. My only mild concern is the condo could have been cleaner when we arrived. It wasn’t horribly dirty, but it appeared the cleaning crew may have skimped a little from the last group. We would stay again! Caution, there is only one parking spot per condo and very little xtra parking. We did come back from store one time with our spot taken by someone else. Luckily the culprit wasn’t there too long, but this could be a giant hassle had the car been there for a long time.

Good vacation spot

This condo was on the 5th floor in a high rise building (ten stories) and in a great location. Caddy’s seafood restaurant is directly across the street which made dinner convenient for us seafood lovers. Our unit was quiet and had great views of the beach. The palm tree partially obstructs the view, but we could see the sunset, the beach, and the pool perfectly. The floors got slippery with water and sand, but the unit had cleaning supplies so we swept daily and it helped. Overall, it was clean, in a great location, had a washer dryer, and had excellent beach towels. The condo was a great size for our group of five. Don’t count on the beach chairs. They are tiny and I am tall with knee issues. Bring your own chairs if you have them at home (we didn’t because we expected beach chairs but that was a mistake). Also, this unit was near the staircase which was good because one of the two elevators was out. If you can, check in and out in any day besides Saturday. You won’t be able to get an elevator or a cart then and, again, I have knee issues. We had a great vacation overall and Anne was kind enough to give us a late check out which turned out well given the elevator and cart issues. We woukd happily stay here again. Thanks again.

Great location, nice complex, beautiful beaches

The location was great. It was quiet (may of been the time of year) and the beach is beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had issues with the door lock and Anne made sure it was replaced the very next day.

Our family has enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores for many years. As a golfing family we appreciate the variety of courses in the area. Sand Castle I is a perfect location on and off the beach.
