Reviewer Comments:
Upon arrival, we were told house had just been cleaned for our arrival and the inspector would stop at house to confirm. Upon arrival, the house had not been cleaned at all! Carpets not vacuummed, bathrooms not cleaned, food on walls in living room, pool had not been cleaned, etc. The inspector stayed and ended up starting to clean himself until another cleaning team arrived. They did a good job cleaning, but we could not use house for 4 hours after arrival while cleaning was occurring. One of the dining room table chairs was damaged (identified by cleaning staff) and was suppose to be fixed by maintenance. After several calls, was promised chair would be repaired, but was never repaired during stay. To top it off, when I sent email that didnt want to be responsible for damage when we left, management asked us to go by their office to fill out documentation! Why should I waste my vacation time because agency couldnt do their job!
