Great place to stay!

It was a great home to stay at, close enough to everything we needed, with super comfy beds, and it had enough space for all of us and our bikes! We came for a bike race, and it was great to be able to ride everywhere and have the path be so close. Of course, the amenities were great: a full kitchen grill and, the best part, a hot tub!! The owner was very communicative and helped with any questions. I will 100% be staying here the next time I come into town.

House was comfortable for 3 couples. However, the linens definitely need an upgrade. Towels were minimal, worn, thin and stained. Bedding was thin and had holes. Group of 6 and only 6 bath towels total, for a 4 night stay. Wash cloths looked like cleaning rags. Back yard was nice and private. But hot tub cover/arms were broken and had to be lifted manually. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to Saguaro National Park East, Pima Air & Space Museum, and Air Force base. 15-30 min drive to most restaurants and downtown Tucson. Overall, not terrible, but easy upgrades could make it better.

Great for relocation stop over

Stayed here between moving out of our old house and moving in to our new one. Everything worked well and the place was in good shape. Location was great for us, we were able to park multiple cars which was a big help. (this is not super close to downtown or anything but worked well for our needs). Communication with host was smooth, check in and check out very easy.

Nice and cozy locations

The home was nice and conveniently located to where we wanted to be. It was cozy and fit me , my wife and two infants. Had some issues with the electric company cutting the power and Internet so bad to go a night without power and then another day with no Internet so that was not fun. Some stuff in the house needs updating as you can tell they receive a lot of visitors. Such as the sink, the TV in one of the rooms, and the DVD player.

Great Rental-Convenient Location

We rented this duplex for 5 months due to a flood in our home. The place is clean, had a fully functional kitchen, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Clint, was fabulous and very accomodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this rental.

A Nice Property for Adults

We had two adult couples and two children under 7 stay. The property is eclectically decorated with western and samurai regalia. Interesting for adults, but not little kid friendly. The two queen beds were quite soft, but the king bed was great. The place was well-kept and generally clean, but the floors were dirty enough to turn the bottoms of bare feet black. The a/c worked okay, but the filter was in desperate need of replacement. The check-in process was a breeze.

Easy access to airport & Saguaro NP East

We were vacationing in Tucson with our adult son and daughter. The house is very comfortable and well maintained. We were 15 minutes from Saguaro NP East. Clint was very responsive when we contacted him. If you want to use the hot tub it does require an additional fee but it is spacious and felt great after hiking.

The property was a little dark for me but it was clean and comfortable. I was surprised at the neighborhood though. It was quiet but some of the homes were not as pristine as the house I rented. Overall it was very comfortable and the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond.
