My vacation home is located at the exclusive Marina at the Banderas Bay. With its colonial-modern architecture La Marina is a picturesque upscale and safe area to vacation in México. 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes by bus and 10 by taxi to downtown Vallarta and the Romantic Zone, La Marina´s location is a great point of departure for all your adventures. Whether you want to spend a whole day at Playa de los Muertos and its great beach restaurants, or a 5 min walk to the Westin Hotel Beach, Public transportation or Taxis just a few steps from the building. There's Uber too!! The Condo has two full size Tennis courts and a great bathing area, swimming pool and Palapa for a late afternoon BBQ. The condo culture is very laid back and residential, safety is our priority. The condo has 24/7 security, doorman, and during the day it is fully staffed, with cleaning, maintenance and administrative personnel. The opportunities to have fun in PV are infinite. You can visit the Huichol communities or Go Fishing or Whale watching (seasonal), or visit secluded islands to enjoy a full contact with nature and locals. La Marina has the best selection of restaurants in town. You can enjoy local and international food for great breakfasts and memorable dinners. Gourmet Delis or local small grocery stores just a few steps from the building! Great bars and Taco Restaurants. And of course great seafood dishes everywhere!!! We will share with you not only our vacation home but a list of great places to go and of our favorite restaurants. We are available on the condo premises during your vacation if you may need support. The apartment has two bedrooms, the largest one has a queen size bed and one large full bathroom and an amazing view to the Sierra Madre and La Marina. We planted beautiful Bugambilias so you will wake up to beautiful pink and blue colors every morning. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. This is a vacation home, but there is everything necessary for occasional cooking, We have the best Wifi available and cable TV in English and Spanish. The apartment has a Laundry room fully equipped! and a Laundry center managed by the condo´s staff for your convenience. We can communicate with you in Italian, Spanish and English and we manage our French! My sister and her husband are MDs and in their free time help us manage the condo. We are sure we can offer you a great and safe place to visit Puerto Vallarta like a local. We would love to have you!
