This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome can sleep up to 8 and features a good-sized screened porch, 55 inch flat screen TV, along with 32 - 42 inch TVs in each of the bedrooms, 50+ DVDs, game table, WiFi, ping pong table, and gas grill. Community features an outdoor pool within steps of the house. Plenty of parking and a nice, quiet neighborhood that is just over a mile to both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. A bonus is being only one block from Big Fish & Arenas restaurants as well as a bus stop with drop-offs at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, and Ocean City, MD.
