Located just outside the Historic District of Lewes, DE, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath town home is located in the charming and quiet development of "Taramino - The Villas of Lewes"​.

Minutes to the beach of your choice: Cape Henlopen, Lewes Beach, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany are just minutes away. A short drive to Ocean City, MD.
I only rent Saturday to Saturday.
Available year round by the week.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty dishwasher
Make beds
Put furniture back in original place if moved
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No grills or fire pits or trailers. Over 6 guest fee is $15 per person per night. Copy of drivers license required with signing of rental agreement.
Rental agreement will be emailed to you. It must be signed and returned within 3 days of receipt with a copy of your drivers license.
Person signing the lease must occupy the property for the duration of the rental agreement.
