Mike was great host. He responded very quickly to my questions. His home had all that we needed. Fun backyard games, The area is very clean and safe. Quiet cul de sac that you can trust your children to play and not worry about cars. Great views of lake from living room and back deck. Easy walk to the dock. Definitely made my college visit with our daughter pleasant and enjoyable to have all under one roof.

The home was fully furnished from the kitchen to the firewood. Plenty of soap and shampoo for the guests. Nice waterfront location, and the host provides many accessories and toys for enjoyment. The home was very clean. It is also a great location with quick access to restaurants and stores.

Wonderful home to visit. Kitchen very clean with everything needed. Kids loved the ping pong and pool table. Dock and outdoor area is beautiful with wildlife. Host gives great information regarding check-in, etc.Hope to have opportunity to stay again. Thank you!

Great Place!

The property is very nice and has plenty of space! We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace, fishing and playing games! The owner was very prompt when an issue arose as well! Overall, an excellent place to relax and unwind!

We used the kitchen and the indoor amenities because the weather wasn't optimal, but the home had everything we needed for a fun weekend by the lake!

The owner was very easy to communicate with. We were there for a ladies weekend and liked the convenience of being close to restaurants and a grocery store.The main floor of the house is very well laid out with floor to ceiling windows all across the back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The dock looked new and is situated with wonderful views of the main lake and cove. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

We booked this rental during a 10u Basketball tournament that we were attending in Eatonton. The house was everything we expected. Plenty amenities to keep our kids entertained. Highly recommend.

Great house and location

The house was great and convenient to everything. It sits on a peaceful cove that was perfect for kayaking and swimming. The owners have thought of everything one might need for a great getaway. Other than food, clothes, and personal items everything was there; beach towels, life jackets, all basic kitchen supplies, wood for the fire pit, and even kayaks. The owners left a detailed household guide with usual information about the house and even included local restaurant suggestions. We can't wait to go back!

True to Description - Great Family Getaway!

Enjoyed our stay at the property with a group of families. The set up is perfect to accommodate families with children and we appreciated the toys to keep the littles entertained. Easily able to dock our boat and explore Lake Oconee from a great location! Kitchen was well furnished and owners thought of every detail - very thorough guest book! We did note that temperature regulation was difficult as the area is very humid and one of the sliding doors on the lower level may have not been functional. Beautiful home. Thank you!

Thanks for the nice review. We’ve had a couple guests call us in the past about the Ecobee thermostats on each floor and hope the instructions in the home manual helped. We will have our local handyman adjust the floor mounted deadbolt on the sliding door as it is set very tight right now....thanks for bring that to our attention. We invite you back anytime. Wonderful trip with 2 Families

We visited Lake Oconee for spring break. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 children. The house was wonderful because we were able to easily cook several meals at home but it was also centrally located so we were able to visit the town of Eatonton GA and The Ritz for lunch. The dock was wonderful and we rented a pontoon boat overnight and keep it in the boat slip. The owners were great and quick with communicating. My daughter also left her beloved bunny in the bunk bed and they were kind enough to ship it back to us! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful House, Great Location

Beautiful house, great location. Michael and Lisa, the owners of this wonderful lake house, had the house well prepared and welcoming for us when we arrived. We were there for a family vacation and the house and the accommodations did not disappoint. We were 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 boys ages 5 and 4 and 2 infants and there was always something for everyone to do and, if needed, spaces for each to enjoy some alone time. We spent our days lounging on the large deck overlooking the lake and exploring the lake on the kayaks, and our evenings either sitting by the fireplace making s'mores and telling stories or being competitive and playing ping pong or pool in the lower family room. We enjoyed our time so much that since we arrived home everyone is talking about wanting to go back next year.

Beautiful fall weekend on the lake!

Great property to enjoy Lake Oconee! The home is right on the water and is very well appointed. The property has a large open concept kitchen, dinning room, great room with fire place overlooking the lake through large windows. The property is well managed with very clear instruction and communications to help you quickly understand the features of the property and how stuff works. It has plentiful supply of the things you need: towels, paper products, spices, dishes, trash bags etc. The fire pit and dock area are awesome for enjoying the lake and property. The master suite was also very nice with a balcony overlooking the lake. While we didn’t have children with us this trip, the bunk room would be great for a family with a bunch of little ones. Great property that is close to shopping and restaurants!
