Great Location

Overal, It was a very nice property...Could be cleaner, but not bad by any means. Windows need to be washed and grill should be cleaned. Bedding was good but not great. Location is great, but one thing to note is the Marina by the house doesn't rent boats to non members.

Lovely home well equipped with new bedding, towels, kitchenware, etc. easy walk to pool and lake. Upscale neighborhood and gorgeous views of the lake. Close to great shopping & restaurants.

Beautiful location with perfect amenities

A wonderful home, lovely layout for our family of four. Perfectly located next to lake, pool and amenities. Owner had wonderful communication, the home is perfectly set up with all the necessary items and comforts. We loved our stay and look forward to repeating next time.

Perfect stay for fall break

The house is in the perfect location- close to lake, pool, tennis courts and the beach. Our two kids, ages 4 and 8, had a lot of fun playing outside. Everything in the house was organized perfectly. We will be back!

Cozy Cottage with a Great (Waters!) Location

Situated on the shore of Lake Oconee and nearby Great Waters golf course, this cute 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for a family/friend getaway. With a screened porch, swimming, tennis, and boating a stone's throw away, everything you need is right here!

Lakeside retreat

Lovely house with a spectacular covered patio and steps to the lake. Inside was cozy, clean and well appointed. My only suggestion would be to keep an eye on the webs and debris accumulating on the exterior windows. It is a shame to have that distract you from the pretty view.

Perfect Lake Weekend!

Me and my three childhood friends had the best lake weekend! Massages at the spa, dinners at local restaurants and hours and hours of talking on the back porch! Perfection!

Peaceful and Charming home

I was truly impressed with everything about the home. The kitchen amenities were awesome. Loved the porch and daybed. Beautiful sunrise Saturday morning and today. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for unsafe chlorine levels. It was perfect for a short family vacation.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

Such a wonderful property and wonderful management! We could not have asked for a better house to stay in while celebrating our daughter's college graduation from UGA. Not only was the house and property nice, but the house was stocked with everything we could even think about needing and all the electronics were clearly marked with instructions. We loved it!

Chill Fall Weekend

Enjoyed a small friends and family birthday trip to this quiet cul de sac location with stunning lakeviews. House is close to the lakeshore walking path and the interior is well appointed with everything you will need to prepare food and beverage. The Pub nearby was a short 5 minute walk along the path. Although too cold for a boat rental, the fall colors made up for it. Would love to visit again.
