Adult family vacation

Took our two adult daughters on a beach vacation. They both came in from where they live (one drove and one got a great flight into HHI airport). We spent a great week on this beautiful resort! Would absolutely book again!

The property was an advertised, great in every way. The only flaw was that it wasn’t ready for our 4:00 pm check-in as expected. No worries though, we were able to go ahead and begin using the amenities on property.

Marriott Grande

Was disappointed that the 2nd room second bed was a pull out couch. I contacted the property manager by email a week prior to see location in complex because other family was staying with Marriott & never heard back. The day of check in I emailed about check in process & I got an auto reply saying the property was not available & about flipped!! I did then get an email from property owner to disregard the email- that it was an auto response. The resort was great!! Lots of pools, activities, games, grills, fire pits, swings, hammocks.

We would have not been able to tell you the location because villa placement is not assigned until arrival. Your view category is shown on the confirmation and if you arrive with your friends, you can request placement near your friends.

family Vacation at Grand Ocean resort.

The villa was very nice and we enjoyed the grounds. We did have a few issues. We were put in a handicapped room and the master bath was not nice at all. The shower curtain did not touch the floor and the bathroom floor was soaked every time we showered. Not a good experience. Master bath was not at a five star, I Would say 3 star. We also experienced Wi-Fi issues. It was very slow and could not get Wi-Fi on the balcony which could not be fixed. We were in an end unit this may be why the wi-if was not great. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the resort was nice with very friendly staff. Just make sure you DO NOT get a handicapped room due to the bathroom.

Lots of trees, landscaping, pools. We are disappointed to hear that the wifi signal and master bath were not up to par. Our recommendation is to always talk to the front desk management. It's possible that they could move you to another villa which might have given a better signal or would have had a standard bathroom. Marriott is usually very good at accommodating requests and taking care of issues. We appreciate you trusting your vacation to Concierge Realty and hope that you enjoyed your stay in Hilton Head!

Great condo #8851

This was the first time staying at this resort. In the past we have always choosen Sea Pines. So happy we gave this resort a chance. We were on the top floor (5th) with a great view of pools and the beach. This unit isn't consider "Ocean Front" but certainly felt like it and we always stay in ocean front condos at the beach. Everyone was very, unit very clean & comfortable beds.

Fantastic Hilton Head location

Our family chose this property for a last-minute, end-of-summer vacation in Hilton Head. We were very impressed with this property - and would definitely re-book here anytime. The property has 10 buildings - and we were lucky enough to get a great room in one of the ocean-front buildings (room 8425) - great view of ocean / beach. Not all buildings have water views - perhaps the owner's status was how we scored the great room (and perhaps it was partially luck). The room itself was well-kept, clean and very comfortable and had all necessities. The resort itself is outstanding - with many pools, hot tubs, tennis, bars, restaurants, live music, bike rental, activities (kids and adults) - and the prime beach front location on South Forrest Beach / Coligny-area is great. The staff of the resort - from front desk to concierge to bar tenders - were all extremely helpful and friendly. We've been vacationing for 20+ years in HH - we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. BTW, we booked through Heidi at Concierge Realty - she was very helpful and easy to deal with. All around great experience.
