Hilton Head Island has long been recognized as one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year-round family, golf and tennis vacations. Sea Pines Plantation is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of walking/bike paths, an equestrian stable and a 600 acre nature preserve.
Woodbine Place is a secluded street of private homes conveniently located near Harbour Town and close to the beach. It is a short ride to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature golf course, iconic lighthouse, tennis courts, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. It is a ten minute bike ride to South Beach with its signature marina, shops, restaurants and the popular Salty Dog Cafe.
If you want to explore the Plantation's 16 miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented at the nearby Sea Pines Bicycle Shop located at the Plantation Golf Club.
Our home is located on the 13th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. It is a ten minute walk to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at designated lots where the free Beach Shuttle can deliver you to the Beach Club in about five minutes.
Our home is a 3,000 square foot, five bedroom, five bath, one-story house with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings, custom kitchen, Smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service. It was completely renovated in 2025 - new photos were posted in May.
The spacious living room features a cathedral ceiling and fan, new furnishings and an 85" Smart TV. A large dining table seats eight guests. French doors open to a private backyard oasis, including an unsupervised swimming pool, propane gas grill and lush view of the golf course.
The pool can be heated during cold weather for an optional fee of $700.00 for a one week reservation.
A large kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and living room. It features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a convenient work island.
The kitchen opens to a screened Carolina Room with a 65" Smart TV, Bistro table and Futon Sofa - an ideal spot for enjoying Hilton Head's gentle ocean breezes, morning coffee or quiet reading.
Our home has two master suites for visiting guests. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, cathedral ceiling and fan, 55" Smart TV and a full bath with a combination tub/shower. It opens to a personal deck ideal for quiet moments.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, cathedral ceiling and fan, 50" Smart TV and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 5 has two twin beds, ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Our home will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.
