Clean and spacious house that was just as advertised. We had a dog who loved the enormous yard that is fully fenced. Good heating and air. Host very nice and responsive.
Great stay for our two weeks in July; very accurate to description. Helpful host with great communication. Appreciated the AC and well-stocked kitchen (cooking materials, basic staples). Residential neighborhood nice for walking, with grocery and more .5 miles away.
This was a good place to stay overall, the host was responsive and the location was great for us. It was a nice walking neighborhood. The backyard was great for our dog. Some things were warn out like the dinette set. The kitchen was well stocked but the fridge was small for a group and the temperature was difficult to control (froze our produce). The garbage was full the whole week we were there despite our asking for it to be removed. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Simple home with all amenities in very walkable neighborhood. A few minor issues were handled right away by property manager/owner. Yard is huge and my son has fun playing whiffle ball with his friends. One odd thing was weeds growing into the house in the front room.
We were lucky to have found this property while our Seattle kitchen was being renovated. The home was comfortable, all rooms well-appointed. The outstanding part of the experience was communication and responsiveness of the owner. Azah. He always responded to any inquiry within minutes but never longer than an hour. We mentioned there weren’t many spoons, and he ordered a set delivered to the house. We had a problem with the screen door, and he offered to come over and fix it. There was trash that wasn’t picked up, and he sent his team over to take care of it. I’ve never had such a responsive and positive owner over the 15 years of renting on VRBO. I highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet, residential neighborhood but never more than 15-25 minutes from downtown Seattle. Thanks for a great stay, Azah
This is a nice place for a short stay or small group, if you are doing something in this area. It’s decorated cutely and beds were comfy. However, if you’re looking for a house with proximity to tourist things of Seattle, this is far - a bit farther than advertised, even without traffic. We were here for soccer matches, so only went to Seattle a few times, but that was an ordeal. They’d benefit from being better stocked, especially for longer-term guests or the large parties they advertise for,. We were there over 2 weeks & bought TP, paper towels, solo cups. They only have 4 wate glasses & 2 are chipped. There were only 2 hand towels when we arrived, one for each bath. with five people and over two weeks, we knew this wasn’t going to work, so we talked to the host, and they were kind enough to bring towels over right away. However, they only brought 4, so we still had to do laundry a couple times. There were also a total of 6 bath towels, so again if you had a full house and were staying a while, keep in mind you have to do laundry and wash dishes. The other problem is they need to get in there with a wrench and tighten the chairs in the kitchen. Every single one of them is so loose they feel scared to sit on. I tightened every one of them several times during our two weeks with my hands, but they kept loosening up again. They need to b
