This unit has been remodeled within the past 3 years, including an updated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and counters, new flooring, painting, new bedding, etc. Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk, Rambler Road Park, bike path, Sun'z Up Cafe and more.
