This adorable 2-bedroom and 1 bath condo is located on the Top Floor of the Wedgewood Condominium. This private unit has the only private deck, with all others being shared. This unit has been remodeled within the past 3 years, including an updated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and counters, new flooring, painting, new bedding, etc. Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk, Rambler Road Park, bike path, Sun'z Up Cafe and more. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM
