Cozy 2 BR Apt in historic Cape May, NJ

Unit 7 is a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian Home in the center of town. First bedroom has a Queen size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed. Living room also has full size Sofa bed sleeps 2. Newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. New Carpeting throughout the apartment. A lovely balcony/porch with view of Victorian rooftops; a perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Cable TV, WiFi. One parking spot provided at the near by Bank Street lot. Free washer and dryer on premises. Bring your own bed linens and towels. (You can also rent linens from Linen Ladies)

You are responsible for tidying up before you check out including cleaning all dishes and pots and pans you use. Bookings for summer rental are 7days minimum, Saturday 4pm check in to Saturday 11am check out. Off season bookings are two night minimum. The cleaning fee for all visits is $100.

Cape May New Jersey is known for its beautiful beaches and many grand Victorian Homes. It’s the oldest seaside resort in America. Shops and restaurants line the Washington Street Mall on 3 pedestrian blocks. Near by is the Cape May Point State Park which offers a great view of the Cape May lighthouse and nature trails; with ranger guided activities.

Cape May, unlike other Jersey Shore town, is an all year round town with many festivals and event throughout the year. such The Cape May Jazz Festival, Cape May Music Festival, Film Festival and Christmas Festival and many other holiday events. Cape May is also a world famous bird migration observation spot, especially in the fall. Also famous for the annual migration of monarch butterflies.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash, put away all dishes, pots and pans. turn heat to 60. AC to 75. message us if kitchen or household item broken or not working so we can replace/fix.
Garbage and Recycling go next to the driveway in labeled areas. All Food take home or throw away.
Free Laundry in basement. If you are doing laundry, please wash kitchen towel and bath mats. Please leave a note about favorite things you did for next guest to see. Notify us in VRBO of problems.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Shared Driveway only allowed 15 min for loading/unloading. 1 Parking permit on nearby Bank Street Parking lot for guest use.
Parking permit can be found on bulletin board by front door, please make sure you return it to the same spot for next guest. Lost permit cost $160
Use outdoor shower to wash off sands when you return from the beach to keep them out of the apartment

Loved this space. It was a wonderful refuge from the heat. It was great to be literally steps from the Washington Street Mall AND the beach. This location cannot be beat, and Michael was always quick to respond to my questions.

Location, location, location! We were in the heart of all things going on in Cape May. Great food, beverages, and the beach was amazing. If you like quiet and secluded this is the place for you. Michael responded quickly to questions and was helpful. Parking is a little further away than we thought, but it worked out. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. I baked a cake to take to friends for dinner. It had everything I needed. The back porch was great for early or late morning coffee. If you prefer soft pillows bring your own. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit really needs some updating. There is clutter everywhere that has to be moved to have a place for your own items. Shower is much smaller than the picture the kitchen has very little space to work The place was sufficiently cleaned but there was alot of items under beds dressers etc. it was a nice walk to the beach Overall it was adequate Also the screen door was broken Parking was a little further than we thought but it was a nice benefit.

Kitchen was filthy, sticky floors, halls full of sand never vacuumed, freezer had food in it. You can’t find the room, no numbers on the doors. Took me over an hour to find the door. Not worth the money.

Perfect location for our Cape May stay. Park your car for the weekend and walk to everything, stores beach and restaurants. Place was just as described and very comfortable. My husband and I took my mom for the weekend and had a great time. Would book again!

Our host was amazing!!! They answered all questions immediately. The location was perfect between the Washington St Mall and the Beach. For the location and area, the apartment/condo is SPACIOUS!!!! Had a great time, everything was as promised. Definitely recommend!

You can not ask for a better location in Cape May. You will be near many up fine shops and great restaurants in Washington Street in one direction and the beautiful beach of Cape May 1/2 block the other direction. The streets nearby are lined with wonderful Victorian mansions. There are special events throughout the year so check the chamber of commerce’s website before you arrive.
