Cozy 2 BR Apt in historic Cape May, 1/2 block from beach and mall

Unit 7 is a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian house right in the center of town. First bedroom with Queen size bed, second bedroom with a full size bed. Living room also has full size Sofa bed sleeps 2. Newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with new appliances. A lovely balcony in back porch with view of Victorian rooftop, perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Cable TV, WiFi. One parking spot at the Bank Street lot. Coin operated washer and dryer on premises. Bring your own linens and towels. (You can also rent linens from our cleaning services “by the shore” by calling Tiffany at (609) 849-7100 in advance)

You are responsible for tidying up before you check out. Bookings for summer rental are 7days minimum, Saturday 4pm check in to Saturday 11am check out. Off season bookings are two night minimum. The cleaning fee of $100.


Cape May New Jersey is known for its beautiful beaches and the many grand Victorian Houses. It’s the oldest seaside resort in America. Shops and restaurants lined the Washington Street Mall on 3 pedestrianized blocks. Near by Cape May Point State Park offers great view of the Cape May lighthouse and nature trails, with ranger guided activities.

Cape May, unlike other Jersey Shore town, is a all year round city with many festivals and event throughout the year, such as Cape May Jazz Festival, Cape May Music Festival, Film Festival and Christmas Festival. Cape May is also a world famous bird migration observation spot, especially in the fall.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash, put away all dishes, pots and pans. turn heat to 60. AC to 75. message us if kitchen or household item broken or not working so we can replace/fix.
Garbage and Recycling go next to the driveway in labeled areas. All Food take home or throw away.
Free Laundry in basement. If you are doing laundry, please wash kitchen towel and bath mats. Please leave a note about favorite things you did for next guest to see. Notify us in VRBO of problems.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Shared Driveway only allowed 15 min for loading/unloading. 1 Parking permit on nearby Bank Street Parking lot for guest use.
Parking permit can be found on bulletin board by front door, please make sure you return it to the same spot for next guest. Lost permit cost $160
Use outdoor shower to wash off sands when you return from the beach to keep them out of the apartment

We didn't meet the hosts but the apartment with comfortable and welcoming. We loved the kitchen especially, with a comfy chair and quilt in the corner for reading.

Perfect location for our Cape May stay. Park your car for the weekend and walk to everything, stores beach and restaurants. Place was just as described and very comfortable. My husband and I took my mom for the weekend and had a great time. Would book again!

Our host was amazing!!! They answered all questions immediately. The location was perfect between the Washington St Mall and the Beach. For the location and area, the apartment/condo is SPACIOUS!!!! Had a great time, everything was as promised. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location right in the middle of shopping, dining and the beach. The place was clean and well furnished with clear instructions for check in and check out. Three flights of stairs was a bit much but doable. Off-site parking was about an 8 minute walk but luckily the weather was good so it wasn’t too much of a bother.

Great location in the historic district. Was happy with accommodations , beach chairs would have been beneficial since the offsite parking was 1/3 mile away on Bank Street & there were no vendors to rent chairs on the beach. Everything else about the unit we loved.
