Apartment Jere**** is a new apartment, which because of its beautiful location can provide guests with a memorable vacation. Promenade
Riva in a few minutes can get from Diocletians Palace or to the nearest beach. All city facilities are in close proximity, or guests can still enjoy the privacy and have a peaceful sleep without the noise.
Apartment Jere offers comfortable accommodation for 4 persons. Located on the four floor of the house in front of which guests can park their car. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate a kitchen, bedroom, living room with boxspring bed, bathroom and balcony. Our guests have at their disposal Wi-Fi, satellite smart TV, air conditioning and other facilities.

    Great Property in a Perfect Location.

    I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. It's well decorated and well stocked and has a great View of the harbor. And also has easy access to the city.

    Location with a view

    This rental was top notch from location, view, amenities and communication with host. We highly recommend this location if you are staying in Split! We would stay here again. If you don’t like stairs this apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, not an issue for us.

    Bring your earplugs

    The apartment was great and and Sanja was a great host. However, we chose this apartment because of its balcony and beautiful view but unfortunately this looks over a building site which was very noisy. Work started before 7am some days and continued until 6pm which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony during the day (other than Sunday). This is of course not Sanja's fault but important to note for those hoping to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

    The apartment is convenient to many sites, shops and restaurants, within walking distance. A car is not necessary for Split. However, we arrived by car from Dubrovnik, parking was very challenging. First, because of the construction across from the apartment, half the road was blocked, eliminating parking options and also pedestrian access. The owner did not disclose the extent of the construction and impact to the apartment. We parked about 1/2 mile away by the marina and park, overnight parking is permitted at a reasonable price.Back to the construction, it starts at 7am and ends around 5pm. During nice weather you can’t open the windows or sit on the balcony to enjoy a coffee break because of the noise, and it’s loud. You also can’t sleep in, even on Saturday. The owner should update the site photos and information.Looks like this construction will probably continue for another year. Not sure what’s going up, but it’s expansive.Be prepared for 4 flights of stairs, we knew this when booking, but for some people it can be difficult.We’ve stayed at many Vrbo apartments, and in comparison, this was okay for the value.Contact with the hosts was easy and they are very responsive and helpful. Enjoy Split.

    Nice apt, great view of the harbor, short walk to city center

    Nice apt; great view of the ships coming and going from the harbor; short walk down to nice restaurants, a good craft beer store, and a great wine bar, and then a short walk into the city center. I'd rent it again. Great help from the property manager -- helped us arrange a taxi between the apt and the airport, good restaurant recommendations, and extended our check-out time a bit so we didn't have to wander around town with our luggage.

    Easy Comfort

    The apartment is just as you would expect from the VRBO listing. Happily, getting into the building and the apartment was easy using the keypad codes. Our host even arranged for an airport shuttle driver to fetch us from the airport. After some very long flights from the USA, this was really helpful. Cleanliness was excellent. We had just about everything we needed (kitchen equipment, towels, pillows, lamps, etc). A bonus is the clothes washing machine . Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

    Perfect to getting around Split with great views.

    Accurate write up, helpful owners, great for a couple, stairs only to apartment so you do need to be mobile but it’s worth it for the views.

    Perfect apartment!

    The apartment is clean, beautiful, perfectly located and actually felt much more spacious than expected. Walking distance to the Plaza, restaurants, grocery and cafe. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and helped schedule our transportation to and from the airport. Overall a great experience. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment, but it was no bother for us.

    Lovely Apt, Terrific Location

    This is a fantastic property! The apartment is spacious and in a quiet area very near the harbor. We were within walking distance of everything along the harbor and Old Town. This apt was immaculate and had all the amenities— in the bathroom and the kitchen. There is a market at the bottom of the steps below the apt so we stocked up on fruit and eggs and enjoyed our breakfasts at “home”. The bed is comfortable and the shower was great. There is a washing machine so we took full advantage of that and dried our things on a rack on the balcony. We highly recommend this apt if planning a trip to Split. One caveat: it’s 77 steps up to the apt. This would make it difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Neven met us when we arrived and insisted on carrying my suitcase up for me. What a treat that was. He also came 10 minutes before we needed to leave to catch the ferry and carried my bag back down! As for communication with the owners, be sure to ask for a street number of the apartment as it was not listed in VRBO. Also, download WhatsApp as it’s easy to contact Neven that way.

    Wonderful stay in Split!

    This apartment is perfectly located in Split...very close to everything (everything is in walking distance)! We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay and it had everything you would ever need (washer, balcony with great view, grocery store on the block, coffee maker) and the owner was so wonderful! You can tell he truly loves Split and wants his guests to enjoy it as much as he does. The air conditioning worked perfectly- especially when it was close to 100 degrees. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

    Our host was fabulous. He gave us directions and provided us with a map along with restaurant recommendations. The condo was spacious and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The condo was also nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

    The property is a small one bedroom apartment that had some nice updates done to it. It was in a great location in proximity to the promenade and a lot of nice restaurants. It was on the top floor of the building and I am unaware if there is an elevator. Overall great place.

    Traumhaftes Appartement mit Blick auf Meer und die Altstadt

    In einem eher unscheinbaren Haus überraschte uns das äußerst geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement, ein bisschen Vintage, hell, modern. Das Badezimmer war groß und hatte ein Fenster zum öffnen, vorhandene Körperpflegemittel durften benutzt werden. Die Dusche war geräumig. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt und Selbstverpflegung gut geeignet. Das Nötigste wie Tee, Kaffee, Essig, Öl, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer war vorhanden. Die Betten waren gemütlich, auch auf dem Bettsofa im Wohnraum/Küche konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Supermarkt, nur ein paar Schritte zur Uferpromenade und wenige Minuten bis zur Altstadt, hat diese Wohnung die optimale Lage. Vom Balkon aus (er ist ein wenig schmal aber für 2-3 Personen reicht er aus) schaut man zunächst auf eine Bauruine, die die Uferpromenade säumt. Da man von diesem Appartement jedoch darüber wegschaut auf die einfahrenden Schiffe und das Meer, hat uns das nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat sehr gut und absolut verlässlich funktioniert (auch spät Abends bei unserer Ankunft), unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Verständigung hat auf Englisch funktioniert. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit 3 Personen in Split verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in genau dieses Appartement.

    Prime location and very clean lovely apt.

    We very much enjoyed our stay at jere apt. It was just a short 10 min walk to diocletian's palace. There are 4 really good restaurants/pizza bars close by. Neven recommended fife and it was reasonably priced and good traditional croatian food. Neven saved us a parking spot right in front for our rental car. It was not difficult to find a spot close by when we would leave. Apartment jere is nicely done and has great views of split and cruise ships. Neven is a gracious host and would stay here again. There are 86 stairs to the apt but its good for you

    Great Location and Host

    Perfectly located at about 5 minutes walk to the old town. Also a beautiful nearby rocky beach frequented by many locals. The apartment itself is recently remodeled and renovated with spectacular views. You have to climb up to the 4th floor, but more than worth it. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. A great property and fantastic value.
