Nestled in Ocean City, this delightful condo offers a tranquil escape for guests. This cozy studio features 2 twin beds which trundle into a king size if desired. Complete with a kitchenette and bathroom with a sliding glass door shower, and convenient amenities like AC and WiFi, this wonderful space is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Two beach tags are included for your convenience so you can enjoy the shore any time of day. Metered parking and paid lot parking is available in front of the building, as well as free street parking in the area surrounding the Hanscom. Please be aware lithium-powered vehicles (e-bikes, scooters, etc) are not allowed on the premises. Enjoy your time in Ocean City at our cozy condo at the Hanscom!

Perfect for Our Needs

This condo was perfect for our needs. So cute and thoughtfully put together. Even though it's small there is plenty of storage. Great location too! Beautiful view as well.

Really adorable cozy place, building is quiet and it was just so comfortable in there. Plenty of space to put your items, wish there was a better place to put food instead of it just sitting on the small kitchen counter. But the beds were comfy, everything was clean, everything was accessible. 10/10 I plan to stay again in the future!

Pros: Property was exactly as advertised, well maintained and well thought out. A lot happening in a small space not a square inch wasted. Easy walk to boardwalk, business district. Would stay here again. Hanscom staff is very helpful. Cons: a little noisy, and parking is limited ... Both of which should be expected and are tradeoffs for staying in that part of OCNJ.

Property was perfect. GREAT location. GREAT view. It was a very nice room. Newly remodeled. New appliances. Super clean. The place even had a lot of extra touches. The place had keurig cups, brand new (in the bag) hand towels. Sheets. Pillows. Blankets - plenty there and they were all nice. The place was great. Thank you Emily for all your help.

Why they chose this property

My favorite thing about Ocean City is the boardwalk. It’s so fun to walk around, shop, take in the views, and get some excellent boardwalk food. This area is also super safe and family friendly, so there’s tons of kids!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is little but fierce - we have ocean views from our windows and you can even hear the ocean at night to lull you to sleep. It’s sunny and gorgeous during the day and it’s quiet at night. We are one block away from the boardwalk and beach which is very convenient. Our condo is perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway for two!
