Located in a fantastic central location just a couple blocks to the Beach, Boardwalk and Seaport Pier this one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been newly renovated and is ready to host your next getaway! Step into an open living room/ dining space and leads to a brand new gally kitchen. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen. Just past the kitchen is the bedroom. The complex is complete with a second floor rooftop deck and pool with seating and grill space. Unit comes with one parking space and a deck space with a seating area. Blankets and Pillows are provided, linens and towels are not. Book today!

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful and as advertised on the listing. The location was great, especially for our two sons (15&12). They could conveniently get themselves to mini golf, the boardwalk, the rides etc. We did not cook or use the stove, but it was nice that it’s available. We appreciated having a full size fridge. The pool was clean, well maintained;we loved the picnic area with grills, and the rooftop terrace was really nice as well. My only points of feedback would be that the pillows and mattresses are extra firm and the beds lack mattress pads. With that said, it’s certainly not a deal breaker, just bring your own pillows if you prefer something less firm. It was definitely a huge plus that linens and towels were included! Finally, while there is a pull out sofa, there were no linens for it. My two boys did not want to share a full bed so we did contact the realtor and the owner was super responsive and got them to us. Overall we all loved this condo and are excited to stay here again next year.
