HOME WILL COMFORTABLY SLEEP A MAXIMUM OF 10 WITH 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, BUNK BEDS + A TRUNDLE BED AND 2 PULLOUT SOFAS. THIS HOME IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED 3 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH (BADGES INCLUDED), CLOSE TO GROCERY STORE, PHARMACY, RESTAURANTS AND A SHORT WALK TO THE FAMOUS BOARDWALK! HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH BEACH CHAIRS, WAGON, TOWELS, LINENS, WASHER AND DRYER, HAIRDRYERS AND FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN. THERE IS FREE WIFI WITH STREAMING TV’S THROUGHOUT THE HOME. IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER WE HAVE A COVERED OUTDOOR SPACE AS WELL AS GAME ROOM AREA ON THE GROUND LEVEL.AS WELL. ENJOY THE VIEWS AND RELAX ON 1 OF 3 DECKS AND GRILL ON THE PROPANE BBQ PROVIDED. HOUSE HAS SECURITY CAMERAS AROUND THE OUTSIDE FOR YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS ELECTRONIC LOCKS SO YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE CODE FOR THE WEEK. THERE IS A NO PETS AS WELL AS A NO SMOKING POLICY AT THE HOME AND RENTERS MUST BE AGED 25 AND OVER.
