This COULD BE a 5 star that we book every time we come to Nashville. The heat did not work on the 2nd and 3rd floors which caused members of our family to find other places to stay. Also there is a fireplace on the 3rd floor outside deck that was advertised but did not have the knob to operate. My wife contacted the the owner and got a computer generated answer.
