I’m from California and worked 21 years at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel. I’ve rented my homes to the film industry and this guesthouse was created for our private guests and family. I’m renting it now when not in use and it’s a guest favorite on Airbnb and I am a Superhost with 5star reviews. We love providing a retreat for others to enjoy. It’s absolutely beautiful here and we enjoy hosting.

We have many areas on the property to enjoy. The pavilion with a fireplace and tv along with grills and a nice table to enjoy meals, Our spring fed pond is a great place to catch and release fish or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night after visiting Dahlonega, Helen or enjoying a nice dinner in our local square.
