Quiet and private neighborhood. The house is on the inter-coastal and a short 3 block walk to the powdery white sandy beach.

What makes this property unique

It's an updated home that is over 100 years old. The property is calming and relaxing while you listen to the local wildlife, hearing the water splash, seeing dolphins swim by you as you sip morning coffee while feeling the salty air and viewing the beautiful morning sunrises.
