Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set Air Conditioning temperature to 72 degrees on each thermostat.
Empty refrigerator.
Trash and Recycled pick up is 7am Thursday mornings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum Rental Period: A rental period is a minimum of three (3) nights.

Quiet and private neighborhood. The house is on the inter-coastal and a short 3 block walk to the powdery white sandy beach.

What makes this property unique

It's an updated home that is over 100 years old. The property is calming and relaxing while you listen to the local wildlife, hearing the water splash, seeing dolphins swim by you as you sip morning coffee while feeling the salty air and viewing the beautiful morning sunrises.
