Property is run down. Ceilings all had staining or flaking paint. 1 shower we could not figure out how to shut off completely. Host took 2 days to respond. Floor tiles cracked. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great but property needs to be cleaned up. Not worth 1700 for 6 nights.

To provide some context, a tree recently fell on the property during a severe storm, which is likely what you’re referring to when mentioning the house “needs to be cleaned up.” We’ve been actively working with the city for debris removal, which is scheduled for June 2, 2025. We understand this may have impacted the overall appearance and truly appreciate your patience during this unexpected situation.
We’re also in the process of refreshing the home, including repainting the ceilings—an issue caused by a previous guest’s cooking incident. The shower does work but needs to be turned off firmly, and we’ve updated our guest instructions accordingly. Cracked tiles are also scheduled for repair.
We’re happy to hear you found the beds comfortable and the water pressure great. Your feedback helps us continue to improve, and we hope to provide a better experience next time.
