Wooden house, condominium with 24h security and cleaning service, with 2 bedrooms, one double and one single with 2 beds, both with airy closets. It has ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, hot water in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, which has electric shower with various temperature settings. TV with digital antenna. Sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 more people. Full kitchen with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric sandwich maker, blender, plates, glasses, cutlery and all kitchen utensils. Features portable barbecue with cast iron brazier. Outdoor shower, tank, rain-sheltered clothes dryer and clothesline. Comfortable hammocks on the porch. Very quiet and peaceful environment, with silence to listen to the various birds that frequent the lawn and decorated garden woods. Beach chairs and parasol. The owners live next door and provide all the support guests may need.
