Step outside into the warm Coachella Valley sun and you`ll understand why this PGA Signature retreat keeps guests coming back. Nestled on the private side of the PGA WEST community, the home frames sweeping mountain views from nearly every angle - from the saltwater pool deck to the living room`s stackable glass doors. A two-minute walk puts you at Ernie`s Bar & Grill and the world-famous Stadium Course clubhouse. Less than four miles from the Empire Polo Fields - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - this is desert living at its most convenient.

Sleeping arrangements
Three well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. The primary suite features a king Sleep Number adjustable bed, a 55` TV, an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower, and direct pool access. Bedroom 2 offers a king Sleep Number adjustable bed and a 50` TV. Bedroom 3 has two double beds and a 50` TV. A queen air mattress is available on request for additional sleeping.

Living spaces
The main living area is built around a 75` smart TV and Sonos surround sound that carries throughout the home - whether you`re watching the big game or winding down after a day on the course. The room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and generous seating, and connects seamlessly to the backyard through a set of stackable sliding doors.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking. A 6-burner gas range, double ovens, quartz countertops, and a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig keep everyone fed and caffeinated. Cooking essentials, wine glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, and a spice rack are all provided.

Outdoor space
The fully fenced backyard is where this home earns its reputation. Your private saltwater pool and hot tub are available year-round, open 24 hours - hot tub heating is complimentary, and pool heating is available for $50/day (typically needed October through May; summer pool temperatures naturally reach 85-95°F). The landscaped yard also includes a fire pit with seating, a built-in gas BBQ, an outdoor dining table, and a couch seating area.

Additional features
The garage includes an EV charger and a soft water system runs throughout the home. Laundry is in-unit with a washer, dryer, iron, and steamer. The home has exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Community access
As a PGA Signature guest, you also have access to community amenities including a shared pool, outdoor BBQ area, fitness center, bocce ball, putting green, shuffleboard, and outdoor TV.

Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes
Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes
Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
LA/OC/SD: roughly 2 hours without traffic

Highway 111 is nearby, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, and more just down the road. I-10 is less than 10 minutes away.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!
Check-in is after 4PM; check-out is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cleaning is performed at end of stay; mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee.
No cats. Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We do not recommend shipping packages to the property.
The home has HOA noise limit requirements - outdoor Bluetooth speakers are welcome; the property does not have an outdoor music system.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
