The layout is perfectly designed for Airbnb, with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 2 additional mattresses, accommodating up to 8 people.
The building features a heated pool, sauna, gym, playroom, and one of the most beautiful views in the city.
1 parking space, window screens, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (heating and cooling).

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
We have 1 parking space, but if you need more, there are car parks (not included in the daily rate) just a few metres from the building.
Near the building, there are 3 shopping centres (Shopping Curitiba right in front of the building, as well as Pátio Batel and Shopping Crystal very close by, a market, a pharmacy, and all the necessary amenities for shopping and daily needs, just a few metres from the Hard Rock Café.
The area is known as Batel, a prime location in Curitiba.
In addition to all the amenities listed, if you need a portable cot, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one for you at no cost :). Also, feel free to count on us for any information or questions you may have about the city, etc.

The building’s recreational area is incredible.
Swimming pool, sauna, playroom, game room, gym, and an incredible view of the city right from inside the apartment.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with the door closed. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the condominium.
Extra guests are not permitted, as all visitors must be registered in advance at the building’s front desk.

Visitors and parties are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, a fine of R$ 500.00 will be automatically charged by the platform.
