This comfortable four-bedroom home is located in the orange-grove-bordered community of Westbury, 4 blocks from I-4,exit 55. It is a peaceful oasis, ideally set apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, yet just minutes from all the major attractions.The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, giving a light, airy feel to the space. The villa is fully furnished with everything you will need for the perfect family vacation. You can enjoy your stay by relaxing on the spacious pool deck. Backed by a hedge, the pool area is not directly overlooked for added privacy. The large master suite has a queen size bed with a large bathroom and its own TV. The second master suite also has a queen bed and a bay window to allow plenty of light. There are also 2 bedrooms with twin size beds. There is cable TV, Netflix, Prime, local channels thru Fire TV, and wireless internet available throughout the house.

Only one dog under 8 pounds is allowed when requested and subject to special cleaning charges.
Heated pool when requested is $20 daily, minimum 7 days period..

A local property manager will help you to take care of any needs or special services.

Fantastic Disney Rental

This house was perfect for our needs, close to family, great commuting location to Disney and had everything we needed. My only comment is to bring pool towels with you, the house was perfect including the pool, we spent much of our time in the lanai. You cannot go wrong with this house! We hope to use this rental again for future trips.

The house made our vacation even more enjoyable! This was out 1st vacation home rental experience and I can say without a doubt I will do it again! The convenience of having our own pool was without a doubt the best! No lugging everything to a community pool with kids in tow!

Great space for two families with teens

Appreciated the two master bedrooms as we were able to accommodate two families of 4 comfortably. The pool was nice for relaxing after park days. We had all the kitchen utensils needed to cook breakfast before heading out. Super easy check in process and instructions well documented for guests. Excellent communication from the Host who was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. While location was great, be prepared to plan accordingly for morning traffic.

This could be your home in Florida

Amazing location. Close to Disney, 1/2 hour from Orlando. Target, Walmart, grocery and liquor stores within close proximity. This home easily accommodated our grown up family of eight adults and a baby with two master bedrooms, two additional bed rooms and three bathrooms. A open concept kitchen, family and dining room with a screened in pool was a great entertainment area to prepare meals, watch tv and just relax. The house was clean with towels and bedding provided and the washer and dryer was great to have on our extended vacation. And one other thing, Francisco, the owner, was great to deal with, giving me every confidence that this place would be exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was comfortable for 4 adults. Each person had a private bedroom and 2 had private bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, cups and glasses as well as pots and pans. However there was no dishwasher or hand dish washing soap provided for at least one wash. We had to go shopping before we could wash anything. The pool was well maintianed however the lack of railing at the steps made it difficult to get in and out of the pool. We were unable to use the front door as an entrance because of a lock malfunction. We were not provided with the quantitiy of towels listed in the inventory. The renter's book contained a lot of information which was important to know. It was very helpful.

More space than a hotel room was very appreciated.

Having more space and bathrooms than a typical hotel stay was definitely the positive. A few details kept this review from getting all 5 stars. As this was my first time renting a home, I was not aware that I needed to request that the pool be heated. Since it was advertised as having a heated pool, I anticipated that the pool would be heated. We were very disappointed that it was not. The advertising of a heated pool was one of the things that attracted me to this house. However, after asking, the owner had someone come put the heat on. Unfortunately, it took about 3 days for it to get warm enough to get in, and we were at the end of our trip. So we did not get to use the pool. I'll know to ask next time. Overall the house was nice, but not as clean as I would have preferred (hair in the shower drain, rug in den did not appear to have been vacuumed in a while, some bugs in the kitchen). There was a notice in the kitchen about the problem with insects in Florida, so we were very careful to clean up well after eating, but I still found some bugs crawling around. I ended up putting all of our items in the refrigerator, even if it didn't need to be refrigerated. The linens and towels were clean, and it was nice to be able to wash clothes. I didn't have to bring home a suitcase full of dirty clothes. I would rent a house again. I just need to ask more questions so there are no misunderstandings.

Host was very good at responding and keeping in touch. We would definitely stay again. The pool heater was a little disappointing, it did turn on but not for very long every day and the pool was always a little too cold for swimming. All of the beds had VERY HARD mattresses, brutally hard, we ended up buying a memory foam. The house was very clean and in a great location. Some improvements could be made but overall a very nice stay.

We've stayed at several Homeaway rentals previously and by far this was one of the most disappointing stays. It served it's purpose but I would not stay here again. At arrival. please inspect the house. There was a hole in the bedroom door, broken toilet seat, patio door pieces falling apart, soap scum left in the shower caddy from the previous guest and the pool needed cleaning. I took pictures and sent it to the owner upon my arrival and he did explain that the previous guest made several damages. At the time I made my reservations, I only looked at properties that allowed me to bring my dog, this listing was in the search but evidently, from my the time of my reservation to the date I arrived, the owner stopped allowing pets. Sometime during my stay, someone "stopped by" in which the owner stated, it was the manager. Not sure why, he didn't fix anything that was broke or clean the pool (Mind you , I had to clean it myself along with the patio and buy fly spray because it was full of flies when I got there) so I could only guess his only purpose was to spy and intrude. Afterwards, I get a call from the owner who proceeds to argue me down about my dog being there, explaining that in my initial contact I stated that I was bringing her. Once all was said and done he keeps half of my deposit because of the "extra cleaning" from a house that wasn't sparkly clean in the beginning. I feel almost violated with how the owner handled things. If I truly damaged the property, if my dog damaged the property, I could understand the fee. The fact that he called me, while on vacation, with an argumentative tone after someone came to invade our privacy and more so accused me of wrong doing just makes me a little upset. I didn't feel like I had a home away from home. Although I had I great time in Florida, I didn't enjoy my stay and my experience with the owner during and after was not a pleasant one.

A great spot in a great location

We really enjoyed our two week vacation at this property. It's located close to Disney as well as to Walmart, eating and shopping areas. We enjoyed being able to come home and relax by the pool. House comes equipped with basically everything you need and the owner has provided clear instructions and helpful tips. Any (minor) issue or concern was addressed quickly. We had no major complaints. Our only constructive feedback would be that some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing soon due to wear and tear but I gather this is happening this summer so it might be a non issue. We would definitely come back again!

Great Vacation Rental

We stayed in this house for a week while visiting Orlando for our children's spring break. It had everything that we needed for a great vacation. There was plenty of room for the three children and they enjoyed the private pool. The only minor complaint was the limited channel selection for the TV. I didn't know that you could get a package without ESPN. It wasn't much of an issue. Instead we just used the available Netflix and Amazon to watch some movies. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the area.

I think we know what renters are looking for when they are looking for a home on “Homeaway” our family has done this 20+ times in Florida over the years so trust us when we say, rent this home… Just returned from three weeks in the house, assuming you have a car the location is perfect, minutes to all types of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, within a 30-minute drive you can do everything in Orlando, in 90 minutes you can be in either Clearwater or Cocoa beach. We are a family of four making this house perfect but we added in extended family of nine more people for Christmas dinner and there was still enough room. The pool which included heating was a fantastic feature, the beds are in good shape, everything in working order, a quiet neighborhood well kept by the HOA. We cannot say enough good things about working with Francisco, very accommodating to our travel needs. I think if you get there and feel something needs to be refreshed or added reach out to Francisco, we did and he addressed immediately. Most importantly, we need to give a shout out to Kenny, the property manager who came out Christmas morning to address a challenge, truly appreciated. As a base camp for your Orlando experience this home checks all the boxes. G & Z Canada

Nice Place :-)

I rented this home for just a weekend for family and friends for my son's birthday. We went to Legoland and were very surprised to notice that we were only 20 mins away. I had ten people and we fit very comfortable in the house with everyone having a bed. The 2 master bedrooms were a plus. The house was very nice and everyone loved the pool. If I ever need a house again I will be sure to rent this house again. Thank you for everything.

Quick trip, great stay.

We had to make a sudden trip to Florida due to a loss in our family. We looked all over for a reasonably priced alternative to booking multiple hotel rooms in the Orlando area. This house was absolutely perfect! It accommodated our entire family of 7 with room to spare. It was very clean and the pool was a huge bonus. We loved it so much that we actually tried to extend our stay by 1 day once we got there but the property was already booked. I would certainly suggest booking this property if you are looking for a well priced and conveniently located home. Francisco was very prompt via email and text messages. Really can't say enough about how much this home made our journey to Florida as enjoyable as possible.

Memorial Day Weekend

Overall our stay went well. There were a few things when we first arrived but the owner was apologetic, polite and remedied them quickly. He even responded to my question about the Netflix login when I texted him after 10pm. The house could use a little updating but overall it wasn't bad. There were 2 Master Suites with private bathrooms which was nice since we had 2 adult couples. There were 2 twin beds in the other bedrooms and a futon in one of the masters so this easily accommodated several children. One of the bathrooms opened up to the pool so this was also convenient when swimming. The pool was a family favorite and we spent 90% of our time in it! The booking, check-in & checkout process was easy, the owner was responsive and we were refunded our deposit within 24 hours with no problems.

Florida trip

Our serene vacation did not start out the way I would have liked. Two days before we arrived, I ran into an issue with the owner about a security deposit that somehow was not in my booking, after wanting to not rent from the owner and asked for a refund, the owner decided to waive it. Under no circumstance were we upset, but I was indifferent about renting because I take pride in paying and knowing everything upfront and also that we were accused of maybe being upset, but no one ever said that we were. When we arrived at the house, the house is slated as being in champions gate and then in the community of westbury, it is in that community but it is not part of champions gate, as it is off the next exit on highway 27. I lived in champions gate for two years, so I am very familiar with the area. The house is beautiful, I wish that the cleaning crew was actually doing their job. Being that my parents are both attorneys, I made sure to document the way the house was when I arrived by video recording. There was hair all over the house. The trash had not been taking out from the inside of the house and also trash day was the day we arrived and the trash bin outside had not been put out for the trash to be picked up. The hair was so bad in the guest bathtub, that the water would not drain. We purchased drano but by Sunday it was backed up again. I did not report this as I didn't want any trouble, because I felt going in that the owner in previous emails came off as being condescending and I didn't want any more problems, just to enjoy my trip that had already been inconvenienced. There is a manual that talks about things that I felt like you should know upfront, such as, not being able to adjust the thermostat from 78 degrees, not being able to park in the street, and that there are cameras surrounding the house. The kitchen utensils that are used for cooking such as spoons and spatulas need to be replaced as the Teflon is non existent.The pool area was nice but there were spider webs on the seating area and the pool had worms in it, that we cleaned out. We were told that someone was going to come clean it, but no one showed up. I mentioned the manual earlier and it stated that for your arrival certain things would be provided such as paper products and laundry detergent to get you started, the only thing that was provided was paper products. We are from Florida and visit frequently, I think I will look into other properties.
