Escape to the famous “sugar sand” beaches and Emerald Coast waters of Destin, Florida!
Condo #303 NEW PROPERTY at Chateau La Mer II is a short walk away from our private beach and offers a quiet retreat when you want to get away from it all.
Beautifully renovated and furnished with new living and dining room furniture, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new paint throughout the condo and more.
This unit overlooks the seasonally heated pool (When temperatures allow it to be effective) and is close to pickleball/tennis courts.
Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan offer a spacious comfortable feel
Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals
Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach
Large master bedroom has a king-size bed & plenty of closet space with a master bath
Large guest room equipped with bunk beds and a separate Queen bed as well.
Maximum Occupancy 6
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels

If you are looking for golf and gulf, #303 is a short drive from Destin's finest courses
This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
