The Bitter Suite is the newest addition to The 713. Stay like a local at this beautifully appointed three bedroom suite in the heart of Bourbon City - Louisville, Kentucky. The Bitter Suite is located on Main Street, better known as Museum Row. It is one of 6 suites located within the thoughtfully renovated historical building, Stay@713, at 713 West Main. Modern amenities, private bedrooms and upscale interiors make for a great retreat whether visiting for business or pleasure. Bitters Suite can be combined with other units to sleep 16.
The space
The 713 is a historic building on The Bourbon Trail and in the heart of museum row. Each of the 6 units are unique in size, charm and personality. Bitters Suite is our newest addition to the building, which has the look and feel of a Boutique Hotel.
Guest access
We offer self check-in to The 713. The only common space is the lobby where guests enter and exit, and/or wait for transportation.

There are 6 units in The 713. Multiple units can be reserved together, however any events need to be approved in advance.

Bourbon Trail Perfection

This location is perfect - we were in the heart of the downtown distilleries and parking was a breeze (and affordable). The condo itself was so nice we ended up staying in most evenings because it was comfortable. The beds were comfy and everything felt clean and fresh. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive to our texts. We hope to return, it was such an easy experience.

Long Weekend

Great location; walk to Slugger Museum, M. Ali Museum and many of the distilleries. Clean and modern set up in the VRBO. Safe with lobby, locked entrance before VRBO entrance. Enjoy!

Great Place. Great Stay.

This property weas great. Check in was seamless. The place was clean and very nice. Would stay here again without hesitation. We were able to find street parking within a block of thew property with no problem. Most times we had to park we were able to park on the street in front of the property. The location is good as well. We were able to walk to some very good restaurants. Overall if you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location, beautiful design

Bitter Suite was one of the nicest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and spacious. All of the decor, furnishings, kitchenware, etc appeared brand new. The layout with a hallway of bedrooms leading to a large open kitchen, dining, and living room, is great for a group or family trip. It’s located right on Main St close to the waterfront and everything in downtown Louisville— Louisville Slugger is a block away, as is the Evan Williams bourbon tasting experience. I highly recommend staying here if you want a nice stay in a central location,
