Set on 3 wooded acres with beautiful Hyalite Creek running through the property, our spacious home offers the perfect combination of privacy, outdoor adventure and easy access to everything Bozeman has to offer.

Start your morning with coffee by the creek, cast a fishing line, challenge the family on the putting green, or simply relax and watch for wildlife. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful Montana setting.

Inside, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out, with multiple living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, loft spaces, games and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests.

A little extra Montana charm: Our property is home to a small flock of chickens! When the hens are laying, guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary farm-fresh eggs during their stay. The chickens and their enclosure are cared for by us and are not accessible to guests.

Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, fishing, an MSU event, Yellowstone, Big Sky or simply a relaxing Montana getaway, this is a peaceful home base for experiencing southwest Montana.

The property was amazing. It was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and to gather together. The host was very helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the new deck by the creek was amazing. It was conveniently located for day tripping.

This was a great location for our family reunion. Lovely setting by a stream and several areas in and around the house for us to gather. The host was very responsive to my texts. I wish there had been A/C - but that’s on me for not asking or reading the description more closely.

Came to Bozeman for a wedding. Decided to spend extra on this place and we are glad we did. Activities for the kids kept them busy. It was very peaceful and relaxing to come back to after the wedding events. Spent a great amount of time in the backyard next to the creek. Grandkids even got in the creek to cool down. A peacock came around occasionally as well. The house was nicely supplied with about anything you could imagine. You can tell Miranda cares about her guests. Very accommodating. We will try and stay here again if in the area.

Great property for families with awesome creek behind the house and nice big yard to play. Great surrounding area with lots of things to do. Plenty of space, clean beds and baths. Only downfall was that we couldn’t use the stoves per the owners request and we were going to make some meals at the house. Otherwise, great stay!
