Very difficult to navigate parking structure and to figure out how to exit the building by foot. Exiting the parking structure was even worse with so many dead ends and poor signage. Several spiders a then found bedbugs infested in one of the rooms. Evacuated and ended up driving home in the middle of the night and had to treat everything for bedbugs. Happy owner assisted with refund but the experience was an awful end to our vacation.

After your departure, we immediately had a licensed pest control professional inspect the unit. They confirmed that there was no bedbug activity. The insects observed were identified as beetles, which can occasionally make their way inside, especially in coastal areas, and are not harmful. We understand how concerning this must have felt in the moment, which is why we acted quickly and provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the parking structure, we appreciate your note and will look into improving guidance for future guests to make navigation easier. While we respect your experience, we do feel that a 1-star review does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or the steps taken to promptly address your concerns.
