This property is located on the third floor and the building has an elevator. There is a laundry room on each floor of the building that is coin operated. *For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
