Thunder Island 106C is a first floor 2BR, 2BA condo in Thunder Island at 39th street. Great bayfront location that is steps from the Convention Center and just a short walk to the beach, shops and more. Outdoor pool. Two parking spaces. Boat slips are available for a fee on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the Thunder Island Harbor Master at 410-723-3900 for further details. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. This unit can occupy 7. Bed sizes include 1 king,1 double, 1 single and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Please note WIFI is not supplied with this property.
Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Was very convenient for the event at the convention center.

I have stayed at Thunder Island for 10 years every June and this is a very nice unit. I especially like being on the ground floor. Will try to get this unit again next year.

Great Spot

We stayed here for a girls trip and the place was perfect for us! It did have a faint smell of smoke when we first arrived, but I believe it is from people smoking outside of the unit. We just opened the sliding doors to the amazing view of the bay and aired it out and it was perfect.

We had to call the agency as the shower and kitchen sink were filling up with drainage issue. I called and they were out to resolve within hours.

106C Thunder Island condo:

The location of this condo is fantastic and having first floor unit made it very easy to load and unload all of our travel and fishing gear. Thunder Island is a wonderful community. The pool is right on the bay and the docks for keeping a boat are in excellent shape. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. However, I will say I was disappointed with how old some of the furnishings were in the unit..The pictures online definitely were bright and cheerful. When I walked in and saw the unit, my heart sank a little. The sofa and loveseat looked dingy and very worn. The gray chair had scratch marks all over it, almost as if a cat had been using it as a scratch pad. It's clear the unit is getting high volume with renters and it shows. So let the buyer beware...pictures are misleading.

Our Harley Bike Week

We had a great time at Bike Week. This condo is right next to the convention center where all the vendors are. We were able to walk over & see everything so easy. The weather was beautiful so it was a great condo & a great vacation!!

Very Nice

We only have 1 complaint, the silverware is stored outside of the kitchen and it took us a few hours before we found it. Otherwise it was very enjoyable and comfortable vacation.

Great location. Easy access in and out with the keyless system. Plenty of parking. Short walk to pool and beach. Could use updating in kitchen and few more key items in cabinets. And slider blinds need replacing. Was fairly clean. Was able to access early which made us super happy and even extended a day

These pictures have to be years+ old

This unit has really old furniture, appliances that didn’t function well (example dryer took forever, dishwasher would stop before done..), and inadequate cooking tools ( I went out to buy a sharp knife to use). The woodwork needed painting. The sinks, showers, and toilets were cleaned well, but well aged. There were bugs living under the dishwasher. (The exterminator came, but didn’t see any. Come in the evening, sir) The condo community was really good. We loved the bay view with the sunsets. The pool was perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach.

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed at in Ocean City MD. It was on the bay with beautiful views and steps from the ocean and centrally located to everything!!! We really enjoyed our stay!!!!

Clean Bayside Condo with brilliant sunsets

Recommend this property for couples or families. Parking was plentiful, lockbox made it easy for family members to come and go, and the unit is clean and comfortable. Not glamorous but very nice and 5 min walk over to the ocean side beaches at 38th and 39th street.

Corona virus vacation

Great few days in OC!

This property was exactly as described. It was clean when we arrived and the location was perfect. It is a very short drive to the boardwalk, and far enough away from the road that you couldn't hear a thing at night from Coastal Highway. Other property condo owner were cordial and pleasant. Great view of the bay on the porch, and the pool is right out back of the condo. Lots of space for the four of us that stayed (myself, my husband, and our two kids age 14 & 7). We will definitely stay there again!

GREAT STAY!!!

This condo was fabulous!! Exactly as pictured!! Very clean and close to the pool! Hit the bus for $3 a day. Lots of dishes to make food if you want. Also get a code for the door so nobody in your group has to worry about carrying a key around! Easy check in and check out! Private community and quiet. Really couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay!! If your thinking about staying here just do it! You won’t regret it! I travel to many places and this is by far one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. Great stay!
