Inside, you’ll find comfort and convenience at every turn. With two spacious bedrooms (one king, one queen) plus a queen-size pullout sofa, the home sleeps six comfortably. Two full bathrooms make mornings a breeze, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make it ideal for remote work or extended stays.

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 24 hours after booking. Security Deposit Required of $500.
For last-minute reservations, agreement must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
Minimum age to rent is 21. NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 8AM.

The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!

Location... communication... hot tub!

Our stay at the beach bungalow was amazing! The house had all the necessities (as well as some yummy snacks), and vintage charm that makes you feel at home. The beach was in walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. We also made great use of the extra large hot tub, for both fun and relaxation. Communication with the owners was fantastic as they answered all of our questions within minutes and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Long Beach!

We chose this neighborhood because it has the perfect balance of calm and vibrancy. The house is in the Alamitos Beach area, just a short walk to the ocean and close to Broadway Street. We love that it’s a historic and peaceful community, yet only minutes away from the energy of 2nd Street with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

What makes it even more special is the lifestyle it offers. The area is incredibly walkable; you can stroll to cafés, bike along the beach path, or enjoy the weekly farmers market. Bluff Park is perfect for ocean-view walks, and we love the neighborhood’s unique touches like yoga on the block. It feels like a place where you can both relax and stay connected to the best of Long Beach living.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking or sharing a homemade meal while traveling. The living and dining room create a warm, open space where everyone can relax, eat together, or simply unwind after a day of exploring.

One of our favorite features is the private swim spa. It’s perfect for starting the morning with a refreshing dip, soaking tired muscles after a beach walk, or enjoying a cozy evening under the stars. The house is designed to make you feel at home while offering little moments of comfort and relaxation you’ll remember long after your stay.
