Quiet, comfortable and clean Long Beach unheated pool house.

Corner house with a private pool (THE POOL IS NOT HEATED), this is not to be used as a party house. This is a nice quiet neighborhood please help during your stay to keep it that way. Quiet hours observed 10:00pm - 8:00am.

House fully stocked with everything you will need. Brand new kitchen appliances including coffee maker, new comfortable beds in each room. Brand new double pane windows throughout the house. Newly installed interior shutters on windows. Brand new central A/C and heat recently installed! Equipped with washer and dryer in laundry room. Linens and new towels supplied.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING - Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Please respect this rule as your Security Deposit will not be returned if our cleaning service discovers that a pet was kept on the premise during the rental stay. We have children with allergies, so this is strictly enforced.
Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises (this mean no smoking inside the house, no smoking by the pool, no smoking on the patio, no smoking anywhere near the house). If smoking does occur on the premise’s guests are responsible for all damage caused by smoking including but not limited to stains, burns, odors and removal of debris. The security deposit will not be returned if smoking takes place on the premises. Owners reserve the right to charge Renter for all costs incurred by damage related to smoking. There will be an immediate eviction without any refund, and an additional $500 charge ($1,000 for stays over 2 days) if it is found that pets are/were on the premises in addition to costs for extra cleaning and expenses for repairs due to damage.

Golf course nearby, the beach is a short drive away. Shopping and freeway access within minutes but not close enough to hear the freeway.
