The space
This is a big home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus additional spaces (No Garage). We require that the guests be respectful and keep the property clean and noises to a minimum.

Room 1: This room (around 140 sqft) comes with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. This attached bathroom has a standing shower.

Room 2: This room (around 120 sqft) comes with a comfortable double bed.

Room 3:This room (around 120 sqft) comes with a comfortable queen bed.

Room 2 and Room 3 share the full bathroom (entry through the hallway).

Living Room: The sleek black couches in the living room each open into their own comfortable full beds.

Plenty of parking on the 4 car driveway as well as off street parking.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the home i.e., bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and the backyard. Guests may use the 4 car driveway of the property to park their vehicles.

Please note that the host lives on the property but not to worry as their space has a separate entrance and does not overlap with the rented premises. You may however see them by the driveway occasionally when they are going in and out of their unit.

Guests do NOT have access to the garage and this is not a flexible amenity.
Other things to note
I only accept guests that have verified their identity on Airbnb.

This cozy home is ideal for 6 people (2 per room) but can add another 2-4 people (for an additional $15 per added person) on the two futon couches in the living room. Please note that there is only 2 bathrooms to share and any more guests might make it a bit too cozy.

Please note that if you bring an animal that is noisy or you yourself are noisy, you may be asked to leave without any refunds. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and we want to be respectful towards the neighbors

Any animal companions need to be 100% house trained and yard use is ok only if guest cleans up after themselves and their animal companions. Excessive barking or noise is grounds for removal without refund.

Any animal companion will accrue an extra cleaning fee unless discussed and agreed upon with host prior to finalizing the reservation . This is done in order to make the property accessible and usable to everyone and avoid guests allergies.

Please note that the quiet times are from 9pm to 9am.

I have a bike, snorkeling gear and kayaks available to rent for a small additional fee on site.

For a fun added experience you can book a private paint party for your group and can be done in the backyard.

No parties

P.S in San Diego most older homes do not have an air conditioner and it is the same with our house. We do have a central fan installed and all the rooms have separate ceiling fans to keep air circulating. Please only book if you are comfortable staying in an older home. We are located in a great area close to everything and are priced much lower than homes with similar benefits for this reason so please keep that in mind when booking our property.
