Every detail of this home has been carefully curated for your enjoyment, with the owners investing thoughtful consideration into each element. This one-bedroom casita features a spacious living room, a desk with a monitor, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests have access to the entire property within the gated area. Please do not park in the parking lot next to the gate.

This home is located in the historic Garfield neighborhood! It is centrally located to everything the valley has to offer. Minutes to Scottsdale, Glendale and more! It is also 8 minutes from the airport!

Downtown less than a mile away is the Phoenix convention center, Phoenix children`s museum, Symphony hall, and the Arizona science center!

As well as a bustling night life including catching a baseball game at Chase field or some basketball at the Footprint center! Whatever you are into, we are near it!

Turo is available for car rental. Uber, Lyft and Waymo also available for pick ups.

Fire pit is propane, please shut off when not in use and notify your host when it is getting low :)

Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking.

**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour.

Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking

Dogs and cats are allowed with approval and pet fee of $150. Please ensure you are cleaning up after your pets, additional fines may occur for excessive clean up

No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine

NO PARTIES... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. (business events are allowed)

If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund. You will be responsible for all fines incurred from city violations as well.

Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)

If you do not have any reviews I do require an up to date state ID and we reserve the right to ask any guest for a security deposit.

No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.

`Owner, Renter, and the Guest may be liable for up to $2000 to cover the costs of police response to the property pursuant to section 2-22 of the Phoenix City Code.`
