A wonderful home located between the town center & the beach “Spiaggia Simius”.

It’s located on a small private road, about 800M from the beach, and 500 from town. It has a private enclosed yard with a gated driveway.

The house has ample covered veranda circling it, with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. Down the stairs has 2 more bedrooms, another bathroom, and a half bathroom with a clothes washing machine.
