Great place, great location, kitchen is well equipped and two bathrooms is so nice to have when staying with the whole family. Great host, very helpful and accommodating.

La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze, pulita e ben attrezzata. Bello mangiare sotto al portico. In dieci minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, mentre i supermercati sono a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Per visitare le spiagge serve avere la macchina a disposizione.

Proprietario e suo cugino Cristian molto disponibili e gentili, casa pulita e con tutti i servizi e confort necessari. Location tranquilla vicina a supermercati e servizi. In cinque persone siamo stati molto comodi, bel portico per mangiare all’esterno con barbecue.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, grand, propre, à proximité du centre ville

La zone industrielle peut faire peur mais quartier résidentiel et très pratique car à 2 pas d'un grand supermarché et du centre ville. Pas de WiFi mais vraiment pas grave. Climatisation dans 2 chambres mais pas dans celle de 4 couchages. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en ce we de férié.

Villetta a Villasimius

La casa è in una posizione stratetica, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'inizio del centro e a 15/20 minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge della zona. È ben fornita di stoviglie e lavatrice al piano superiore. Completano un bel cortiletto e barbecue. Due posti auto davanti la proprietà. Unica pecca stanze con pochi armadi e appendini specie se si è in tanti. Doccia esterna comoda ma fredda. Molto consigliato.

Tutto assolutamente PERFETTO

Appena tornato da un soggiorno dove dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti sarebbe estremamente riduttivo. Una casa bella, pulitissima, in posizione tranquilla ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Villasimius, ben curata e dove non mancava assolutamente nulla, a cominciare dagli utensili in cucina e a finire con il bel barbecue. Non sono mai stato bene così in un appartamento da quando faccio le vacanze. Siamo stati messi a nostro agio dall'Host il sig. Alessio fin dal giorno della prenotazione, mi dispiace solo non aver avuto il piacere di conoscerlo di persona per stringergli la mano per ringraziarlo di tutto. Allo stesso modo mi preme ringraziare suo cugino Christian, una persona di una gentilezza e una disponibilità unica. GRAZIE DI TUTTO, se tornerò con la famiglia dalle vostre parti farò il possibile per essere di nuovo vostro ospite.

Villetta top a Villasimius

Siamo arrivati e Alessio ci stava aspettando sul cancello ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa!! La villetta è situata in una zona tranquilla ma in posizione strategica,vicinissima a tutti i supermercati e in cinque minuti a piedi arrivi nella via principale del paese così da potersi muovere a piedi anche la sera senza dover prendere la macchina!casa fantastica molto pulita e molto funzionale non manca proprio nulla soprattutto in cucina!!fantastica la veranda esterna dove potere cenare la sera!! Il giardino (molto curato)è dotato di doccia esterna!c’e anche La possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina dentro il cancello !!direi tutto al Top!unica pecca... ESSERE RIMASTI SOLO 3 GIORNI!!Alessio grazie ancora di tutto!ritorneremo sicuramente!
