Summary:

Casa Palma, by Calm Cove Rentals, is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation home built in 2024 on a quiet, central street in Marco Island, Florida. It sleeps nine and is an 8-minute drive to Tigertail Beach and 7 minutes to South Marco Beach. The Marco Island YMCA is across the street, and Mackle Park and the Racquet Center are a short walk away.



The outdoor space is the centre of the house. A fully screened lanai covers the pool, which is heated at no extra cost, the hot tub, a built-in grill station and outdoor dining, so the whole family can stay outside in the evenings without bugs.

- Bedroom 1: king bed with ensuite bathroom (soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, walk-in closets)

- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (twin over full), sleeps three, ideal for children

- Bedroom 3: queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom (shower and tub)

- Bedroom 4: queen bed

- Hall bathroom with walk-in shower, shared by bedrooms 2 and 4



Inside

An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with premium appliances and everything needed to cook for nine. Smart televisions in every room, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, air conditioning and a two-car garage. Extra linens, plush towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, board games and toys are provided.



Location

Marco Island is compact: the beaches, restaurants and marinas are a few minutes away by car, and many guests rent a golf cart locally. After booking, guests receive our local guide to restaurants, beaches and things to do.

My stay at Marco Island was perfect, the house was super clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, and the host was very attentive.

Great relaxing property, very clean and inviting. Open feel; minimal restrictions and good support, if needed. Outside space was excellent with great pool and found the built in grill to be a highlight. Opportunities: Bath towels were very small, only one kitchen hand towel present. No platters or large plates for prepared food. Hot tub would not heat last two days and had to contact property manager to reset. AC would change temps at weird times, but overall had control to make changes. I would definitely book here again.
