Ocean Club 4011-Oceanfront 40th St, Free WiFi, W/D, AC

This direct oceanfront town home features four bedrooms, three full baths, plus one half bath, direct access to the beach cross over. A fully equipped kitchen with two full size refrigerators, Keurig and full size washer and dryer provide all the modern conveniences. Central air is provided via ductless systems in each bedroom and the living room. Free WIFI internet is provided. First floor deck with direct access to beach. Off-street parking for three cars (carport for small SUV or sedan only - actual dimensions 90 in. X 110 in). You can't find a better location for the ocean and beach views and the cool ocean breezes. Enjoy panoramic views from three unit specific balconies. Convenient location for walking to dining, night life, and more. Pets are welcome with a separate paid pet fee. Grilling is NOT permitted on the deck of the town home, you may grill in the sand in front, at least 20' away from the structure. The owner provides a gas grill for guest use. Mattresses require extra deep pocket sheets.

The location could not be better! The unit is very outdated and a little expensive. The curtains in the third floor bedroom facing the ocean were ready to come out of the wall. It has so much potential. We had a fantastic 4 day stay. The deck was amazing! The beach was not crowded at all and we were there during the air show! It was fun to walk up to Coconuts for a frozen beverage!

the property was very outdated. everything from the TVs to the furniture and the cooking appliances

The property location is great but it most definitely needs a lot of TLC. Furniture is the worst - old and some broken. Shared bathroom had zero towel racks or holders. I did not see any smoke detectors. The grill is not at all usable. Despite all it was who you are with and we had a good time and loved being beachfront.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The property was perfect for what we were looking for.

More information could have been provided on the property. It would have been beneficial to know there really isnt a good hvac system. It got cold at night and we didnt have a good heating system. Also, it is sad to have such an amazing property, but not put the effort into keeping it updated.
